American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP)
For more than 100 years, the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) has supported occupational safety and health (OSH) professionals in their efforts to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and fatalities. We provide education, advocacy, standards development and a professional community to our members in order to advance their careers and the OSH profession as a whole.
Arrow Safety’s President/CEO, Drew Hinton, has been a member of ASSP’s Louisville (KY) chapter since 2015, and Arrow Safety is currently one of the chapter’s main sponsors.
Barren Inc. (Barren County Chamber of Commerce)
The purpose of the Chamber of Commerce is to promote business and community growth and development by offering programs designed to strengthen and expand the income potential of all businesses within our trade area. The Chamber is the first place that people contact for information, so they welcome new business, residents, and visitors to the Barren County community with open arms. Barren Inc. provides assistance to businesses through arranging ribbon cutting ceremonies, hosting events, featuring a business spotlight of the month, offering business roundtable discussions, and more. Their goal is to provide a variety of ways to get involved for those who want to make a difference. They want their brand to embody synergy, modernization, and alignment.
With the consolidation of the Barren County Economic Authority and the Chamber of Commerce, they are still separate entities, but share a common vision for the community. Barren Inc. strives to create two-way relationships with their members, offer diverse opportunities for their team, promote open communication with all of their stakeholders, and focus on strengthening Barren County’s economy and growing the community as one.

Better Business Bureau of Greater Kentucky and South Central Indiana
The BBB’s mission is to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust. They do this by
- Setting standards for marketplace trust;
- Encouraging and supporting best practices by engaging with and educating consumers and businesses;
- Celebrating marketplace role models;
- Calling out and addressing substandard marketplace behavior; and
- Creating a community of trustworthy businesses
Arrow Safety has been BBB-accredited since 2020, and is proud to have an “A+” rating from the Better Business Bureau.
Kentucky Oil and Gas Association
The Kentucky Oil & Gas Association was formed in 1931 to represent the interests of Kentucky’s crude oil and natural gas industry, and more particularly, the independent crude oil and natural gas operators.
Their goals include promoting, protecting, and advancing the interest of the oil and gas industry; opposing any unfair and unjust legislation which may adversely affect the oil and gas industry; and, disseminating reliable publicity to further and protect the oil and gas industry.
The Kentucky Oil & Gas Association is dedicated to the responsible production and conservation of Kentucky’s natural resources, while ensuring that its members are provided fair regulations, are educated on oil and gas issues, while protecting individual property rights, health, safety, and the environment.
Arrow Safety proudly supports the oil and gas industry, has been an active member of KOGA since 2022, and has sponsored various KOGA events.
Kentucky Rural Water Association
Kentucky Rural Water member utilities guarantee an enhanced quality of life for nearly 95% of the public drinking water and wastewater customers across the Commonwealth of Kentucky, making KRWA the largest utility organization of the state. KRWA was established in 1979 as a private, non-profit organization by a core group of utility leaders who shared the vision of building a self-governed, member driven association. Their original goal – to foster professionalism in our industry through non-regulatory training, technical assistance programs, and advocacy – continues to this day.
Arrow Safety has been a proud member of the KRWA since 2023, and has conducted various safety-related trainings for KRWA employees.

Charities
While our ultimate goal is to help keep employees safe and businesses headed in the right direction, we also love to graciously give to various charities that align with our core values and beliefs. Below are non-safety-related charities that Arrow Safety is proud to support each year.
Lottie Moon Christmas Offering (International Mission Board)
Lottie Moon was sent as a Southern Baptist missionary to China from 1873 to 1912. She saw firsthand the world’s greatest problem — LOSTNESS. Meeting so many people who had never heard the gospel compelled her to write letters to American churches describing the need for a greater missionary presence.
She pleaded for increased prayer and financial support to send and sustain more missionaries. This challenge became known as the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering®.
Each year, Arrow Safety donates a percentage of all sales to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.
Ophan No More Foundation
The mission of the Orphan No More Foundation is to come alongside the church to help kids without families become orphans no more through storytelling, fundraising, and community. Many parents desire to adopt. The cost of an adoption can be a burden that many parents can’t carry. Orphan No More’s desire is to lighten that burden.
They also support current and former foster kids, many of whom leave the foster system without the familial support that most other kids have which significantly decreases their odds of success in the next stage of life.
WHAS Crusade for Children
The WHAS Crusade for Children makes life better for children with identified health care, educational, and emotional wellness needs by inspiring generosity with our community partners. Together, they advance opportunities for all children with identified needs to reach their full potential.
- 100% of each donation to the WHAS Crusade for Children helps children with special needs.
- Through the Crusade, they’ve changed the lives of millions of children in Kentucky and Indiana since 1954.
- The Crusade receives an average of 200 grant requests annually totaling up to three times the amount of annual funds raised.
In 2024, the 71st WHAS Crusade for Children raised $5.7 million, which was awarded in the form of 231 grants to continue to make life better for children facing challenges and learning differences related to physical, medical, mental, and emotional needs and well-being.
Each year, Arrow Safety donates a percentage of all sales to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
Fellowship of Christian Athletes
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is touching millions of lives…one heart at a time. Since 1954, FCA has been challenging coaches and athletes on the professional, college, high school, junior high and youth levels to use the powerful platform of sport to reach every coach and every athlete with the transforming power of Jesus Christ. FCA focuses on serving local communities around the globe by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to unite, inspire and change the world through the gospel.
Each year, Arrow Safety donates a percentage of all sales to the South Central Kentucky East FCA.
